Worst stay ever!

I booked for 18 nights but left after a week! First night, AC broke, and it was soooo hot. The staff was useless. Got moved to a room where I saw a cockroach. And then? A dead bed bug on my sheets! The receptionist was super rude and didn’t believe me at all. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable!
